The purpose God sent his Son isn't just to forgive your sins and take you to heaven someday, when you die, and now you're holding on tight trying to get through life and use God to do that. He becomes your life. He changes your motives, your perspective, your reason for being. Guys the Gospel is not a survival kit. We're not trying to get by. We're not trying to survive. We're not praying so everybody treats us nice. It's we're seeking Him to become more of who He is in and through our lives, so that our light so shine before men without us even trying to be evangelistic. We're just changed. We think different, we believe different, we wake up for a different reason...
